We visited Marseilles in 2022 and found this restaurant by searching on google for restaurant nearby our hotel. It was a small restaurant, but it was a hidden gem in Marseille! Their menu was artistically written on blackboard with white chalk and their kind staff explained and recommended dishes in English. We tried appetizer and steak and ordered a bottle of red wine and it was all delicious! The service was friendly and very helpful made us feel so welcomed. We had dinner upstairs dining area with small garden, cute lighting and candles. Great ambiance for dinner. They only have limited seating area, reservation is encouraged.

This beautiful restaurant was a wonderful culinary experience. The host was kind and welcoming, even gracious enough to explain the menu in English and offer his recommendations. Every dish was fantastic, but don't miss out on the aubergine! The cheesecake was also unique, baked in a Corsican style. As a cherry on top, the bill comes with a Madonna vinyl.

Fantastic restaurant, a hidden gem in Marseille! The food was delicious, we tried the tapas and it was all so good! The service was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We were tourists and everything was well explained to us and the host was even kind enough to provide us with recommendations for our visit to Marseille - you must go here - 100% recommend

Had a wonderful experience here for dinner. They were so kind and accommodating even though we didn’t have a reservation. The food was probably the best meal we had while visiting France. The staff are also very kind and helpful if you do not know French! Please excuse our photo of the lamb dish, we got too excited and ate some before taking the picture.

Excellent dinner for our family! We had the aubergine, bavette steak, linguini, mussels (twice, as they were so good) and few other dishes that I forgot the name. Everything was absolutely delicious!!!

Lovely open backyard with very interesting curated food and wines. Leo was super helpful with the suggestions not only for food but also wine and everything in between as we are tourists. Very unique veneer record comes out with the bill for you to take home. 100% recommend if you are in the area

We enjoyed a very satisfying dinner at Le Cercle Rouge in Marseille. Good food, friendly and professional service, pleasant atmosphere in the open air backyard space. The menu is a combination of tapas and main courses of Corsican inspiration.

Perfect place to spend a romantic dinner, away from the touristic traps but still in the heart of the city. Very good local plates. The owner and the attendants are very pleasant and will guide you kindly along the choice of the food as like the wonderful wine of Provence. The customers are manly local, in such a way, if your in the mood, you can taste the warm and the joy of the people of Marseille.
